The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our fast growing Digital Marketing team.  You might be a solid Junior Project Manager with 2 years’ digital experience who is looking for that next step up. Or perhaps a Digital Project Manager with 3 years behind your belt with an appetite to work with a leading digital client. You’ll work closely with our Project Director in managing projects within the digital arm of our biggest client. You’ll be working on all content via our clients .com, managing adaptations, localisations and translation across various European markets, alongside product launches and events. 

  •  Leading communication between Samsung EHQ and internal teams.
  • Engage in key projects for to ensure deliverables are tracked and progressed.
  • Responsible for project revenue management and reporting.
  •  Work with the internal team and content and publishing lead with detailed briefs and be involved in creative reviews with a good eye for UX design.
  •  Assist the central team managers and clients by providing project status and advice.
  •  Identify and ensure that the appropriate resources are assigned to your projects.
  • Be accountable and responsible for the end to end process for your project deliverables.
  • Turn clients’ requirements into a detailed scope of work
  • Gather and confirm requirements from client at the project initiation stage.
  • Participate in creating project proposals by preparing of project budgets and related materials.

Strings to your bow…

  • Project management experience of 3 years or more and able to work in both waterfall and agile environment.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Track records of delivering digital products with CMS experience (ideally AEM and Teamsite).
  • Evidence of working within agile environment.
  • Commercial experience in software development.
  • Client facing and account management experience.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive tasks is required.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
