In a nutshell…

As a pivotal member of the Data Intelligence team, you will ensure the delivery of client and company projects on time and on budget via achievable capacity planning and effective communication. This will include working collaboratively with the wider team including the offshore Data Intelligence team based in Bucharest. You will ensure the team is performing to the best of its ability by keeping track of the productivity and efficiency of the team, measuring success against the KPIs defined by the business.

The role will also involve managing client relations and defining the approach to key projects within the team, with the foundation of your approach being data-driven. As part of the Data Intelligence team, you will be working in a dynamic team that is working to ingrain data into everything we do internally and for our clients. You will bring a passion for data and an appreciation of the different disciplines and their contribution to project success, which may have been gained through working in digital/agency environments, or a professional services environment.

What the day to day looks like…

  • Develop internal ways of working: Support in providing better management reporting, information flow, business process and organisational planning across all areas
  • Manage the team’s output and time: Be able to adapt and manage resource according to changing demand from stakeholders
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage resources to deliver any defined projects in the required time frame using your experience of project and operational models
  • Budget Management: Keep track of all costs against the retainer budget and manage the payments from additional projects and costs
  • Client Management: Manage all requests working in collaboration with the Account Lead in Bucharest. Helping to manage response times and client expectations
  • Stakeholder Management: Build up an understanding of key stakeholders requirements and manage meetings as per the requirements defined
  • Jira Administration: Maintain client requests, Jira workflows and ensure an understanding of the total number of requests, by defining the approach to measuring the team burn across all work streams
  • New Business approach: Work on defining the strategy and approach to enabling a structure to deliver on developing new business opportunities for the team

  • Strong understanding of web analytics and the role it plays in delivering an informed business approach through understanding the digital performance, an understanding of optimisation and personalisation is a bonus
