In a nutshell…

As a member of the eRetail Content and Performance Strategy Team, you’ll help support Samsung Europe in improving their online retailer performance and content optimisation.

The role…

  • Work with Samsung, Cheil Business Director and Senior e-Retail Performance Manager to create, own and drive the content strategy and product roadmap for e-Retail across Europe .
  • Work with the Senior e-Retail Performance Manager and D.I.A (Digital Intelligence & Analytics) to develop a data based content auditing and optimisation strategy for Europe.
  • Design and own the end to end Samsung Marketing Cloud user experience for eRetail: strategy, workflow, management.
  • Responsible for the Samsung Flagship launch strategy, content schedule, content experience, ways of working for Cheil & third party agencies across Europe.
  • Lead and shape the eRetail Content Production Centre in terms of strategy, output, experience, scope and capacity
  • Responsible for monitoring JIRA tickets: requests, reporting and progress monitoring
  • Lead weekly discussions on content: monitor WIP, new briefs, product launches, content compliance and optimisation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Cheil local subsidiary e-Retail Content and Performance Managers.

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and able to demonstrate clarity on strategic objectives and develop actionable insights and improvements across channels.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Customer centric creative thinker who is comfortable challenging status quo.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple work streams concurrently.
  • Excellent relationship management experience working with internal teams, clients and third parties.
  • Strong client facing skills with ability inspire, influence and to develop structured storylines for presentations lead by data/analytics.
  • Experience in writing brilliant digital briefs – understanding. objectives, KPIs and translating them into written documents for a varied readership group.
  • Expert user of MS packages including Power Point and Excel or any application to build presentations and spreadsheets.

Who are you?

  • 5 years + Digital Marketing/ecommerce experience at a major retailer, agency or consultancy.
  • Deep understanding of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing with the ability to identify key trends and opportunities to boost brand and category performance across channels.
  • Good experience of onsite data tools such as google analytics or Adobe.
  • Experience of having worked with data scraping tools such as: Dexi-io, SimilarWeb or Brandview.
  • Experience in managing agencies and/or third party suppliers.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Telecoms industry or other consumer goods sector an advantage.
