To create the Samsung 2022 Unpacked Experience in the heart of London – a “Technology-meets-lifestyle destination” where customers can discover an immersive hands-on experience with Samsung’s latest Galaxy devices.

The how

We set about developing the brand strategy and approach to showcase Samsung’s range of new devices (Galaxy Z Flip4 - including Bespoke edition / Galaxy Z Fold4 / Galaxy Watch5 /Watch5 Pro & Galaxy Buds2 Pro).

Having found a 20,000sqft, two storey venue, we set about transforming it into an immersive, multi-faceted hands-on experience for customers, PR, Media and VIP partners. Extensive staff training ensured a smooth and seamless experience for each and every visitor over a 3-week period – from product demos to hosted influencer talks, movie screenings and workshops.
